Under Section 6(1) of the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Act, 2023, His Excellency the President of the Republic of The Gambia has appointed six (6) Commissioners for the Commission. The Commission, which will be inaugurated on Friday, 8th September, 2023 is expected to commence work as soon as possible.
