- His experience and knowledge focusses on a need for nimbleness and agility in systems and practices to afford organisations less rigidity and greater awareness for early detection and reaction to changes in methods and practices to remain relevant
- He communicates and works with a perspective that change, and disruption are permanent features in today’s environment both in public and private sectors stemming largely from significant advances in technology and the increasing use of artificial intelligence and the related modelling to which successful modern entities must adapt and learn to operate
